Baby Dakarai's First Pictures
I love babies, they are my favorite subjects to work with. They are so tiny and fragile. The first pictures are always fun to take, mostly because you can pose them in all sorts of ways. I don't know about you, but i can't bend into a little ball. I have had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Nina since my old OM days. Her daughter Miracle is so sweet and helpful. Over the years they have been more than clients, but family.
Friday Feb, 23 i got the honor to do little Dakarai's first pictures. He is ADORABLE. He was calm and quiet for most of the shoot. When the clothes came off he let us know he wasn't happy. With newborns they love warmth. Keeping them comfortable is top priority. If they are not they will let you know and it will show in the pictures.
One thing i love to do is make it easier on mommy. You just had a baby and need time to heal. This is why i use a portable set up. It doesn't need much room, it is easy to pack and unpack and mommy can enjoy a session from the comfort of her home. This makes for more intimate photos. Plus the baby is just getting use to their new home. Taking them to another location might upset them.
